Couldn't help noticing your waterlines to the head pipe. I just posted a question, a few days ago, in the aftermarket forum about the waterline routing you are using. The routing on my SN is very similar and it looked backwards to me. Might want to reroute that stuff. You can read about it here... http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/46882

Here's how it should be setup from what everyone is telling me. I know it's how my Kawi is hooked up and it freakin rips!

it just fills the headpipe with less air bubbles if you fill the headpipe from the bottom rather than the top...

this cooling subject has been beat to death in three or four threads...search it out. i say so long as your motor isnt overheating and munching pistons you are fine.:deadhorse:

that dual cooling is wrong. 1 from pump goes to manifold, 1 from pump goes to headpipe. 2 off head to pissers, 1 from headpipe to stinger to pisser. 3 pissers in total or 2 if you T the head together.

its wrong if you want to run a parallell cooling system.

maybe he wants a redundant dual cool setup? if so then its right.
that way if one line plugs, his motor and headpipe still get cooling water.

no burnt couplers, or blown motors

heres a good read for anybody wondering about cooling... should take an hour or so.

any way you can get your exhaust lines a bit less kinked? other than that it is awesome. I run redundant cooling just like you have it setup. Only thing i would add is the flow control valve right before pisser.

BrentR - i am guessing that is why there are three holes in the RN i picked up.

Looking good, I dig the lowered setup.
