Need a little help

Does the ski rev up out of water w/ no hose connected?
Have you tried running it at 1/3 throttle for about a minute and pinning it wide open?
I always ask people to post videos of the ski running and doing what it’s doing. It’s soooo much easier to diagnose a issue by hearing the ski than by describing it online. Highly recommend you record it acting up and post it if you still are having issues
Did you change to the 75 pilots as well? If not you're still lean on the bottom.
Should I buy any other jets? The shipping cost more than the jets. I hate waiting for parts.

Although a lean condition could be present Im doubtful it’s causing your entire problem.

Start the ski out of water with the Flame arrestors off . Put some mixed fuel into a spray bottle and have a buddy give your carbs a shot at the 1/3rd throttle problem area. If it revs up you have your answer. If not guess you better start swapping electronic parts.

Thanks I’ll give that a try. I have the stock ignition that I could swap back in as well.

tried to post a video but I can't figure out how. When I go to attach files none of my videos show up.

Tried spraying some fuel down the carbs as suggested and it didn’t do anything. I guess I could switch back to the stock ignition.

Thank god.. I was worried about that beer!
It’s hard to tell from the video but odds are a electrical problem.
Swap ebox’s and test then you can start isolating individual components.

I swapped the stator this weekend because I had a new one from the previous owner. It didn't seem to make any difference. I thought I had the stock CDI but apparently I threw it out when I installed the new MSD. I have a hard time believing the brand new MSD is the problem. I was going to try and swap the ignition coil next.

I'm with fastgtfairlane. Either lower your pop to around 20 or take those flame arrestors off and put the stock one back on. Have you opened up your adjusters 2-3 turns to see if it helps? Seems like nearly everyone uses a 75pilot 140main with this setup. What is your location? Just says "USA" on your profile. Elevation?

^^^ totally missed you were running 45 psi on those arrestors, you will have significantly less manifold pressure with those arrestors and need to run a lower pop off pressure.

You can try Popping the cleaners off and put your hands over the carbs but leave a gap. Don’t completely cover them or you’ll drown it in fuel, just enough to give them some restriction. Have a buddy start it and try revving it.
Odd that the spray bottle made no difference..

I did adjust the pop off. swapped to 80 gram springs and now I am measuring 32 psi.

Ah, ok. I’m not saying pop off is the entire issue but it could be contributing to a lean condition even at 32 psi, I would probably start around 24 psi.
So at wide open on the water it never cleans up at all?
Curious to see what you come up with for sure

it gets me up on plane but but wont go past that. Almost feels like it's missing or running on one cylinder but I starts and idles just fine.
