here is the progress It has taken 3 weeks of hard work but the end of sucking paint fumes is near...I filled the nose cut the rear ...tubbie II's installed cut and filled the fuel door shaved the hood...engine will be big pin bottom end with small pin ported cylinder...sxr carbs and factory blaster limited pipe...750 electrics...sxr prop

there was a mount on the bottom of the chamber I chop sawed off and I had to remove the pipe mount on the exhaust manifold...then it fits like a glove...I ran it for a month @ end of season and it never came off...open the top screws on the head pipe and the bottom end comes alive!!!!

I painted the strip down the hood today so it can dry overnight...as of now electronics are in gas tank modded graphics ordered and will be done next week ...black on goldleaf should look nice

another great day

today was installing the stickers that were done @ the sticker shop...I also went through the engine today...new crank seals fresh topend.small pin cylinder..with .5 mm wiesco's...and alittle porting ..Thanks again John for the cylinder to copy...just spinning it over with the battery pack ..with cylinders coated with 2-cycle oil it was pushing 195psi....I may need to get higher cc domes for the head...but I'll wait to see if it comes down after the oil clears...foot wells cut from b-stock and nozzle position fixed...that pretty much sums up a solid 7 hrs work!!!

:brap:Carter came over today and we put his engine together and installed it into the ski....got it running....it sounds very happy to be alive....Carter is now very excited for spring...cylinders coated with oil it was pushing 170 psi..after a couple of slight warm up runs to clear all the oil I used to build the motor,,it has 150...but It sounds great....maybe that port job has a little to do with it...Oh yeah I have a list for You John...he wants some goodies...

all stickers installed ...then I covered them in clear....that was yesterday...today started turfing until out....installed latches and steering and adjusted all cables ...starting to look rather trick!!!!

I can see the Hot Tub

Last week end I installed the engine and all the stuff that makes it go....It has a small pin cylinder...with a copied port job...on a big pin bottom end...msd enhancer with retard and advance plate...(750 electrics)...I go for technology!!!!...rev limit set to max(8500)...and sounds great...pushing 170psi compression warm !!!My sxr prop just came from Impros...Nice Job Dave...as always!!!!..cut to fit the x2 pump and splines cut....Just waiting for my hydro turf seat cover ...copper carbon sides with black gripper middle...and more turf stock to finish the bumpers...March is coming...
