It is impressive, but...........That was Rok backflipping the stock 701 XFS. Rok can backflip anything. I want to see an average weekend Joe, go backflip this thing. How long do you think...1week.....1 month....1 year....Never! My question is, do we stop the sport here with backflips and barrel rolls or do we push it to the next level. It is coming!!!!! And you won't get there with just the hull.

that's right Mark! ...it's not the hull but the rider on this one. I think Rok could backflip a stock SJ...or maybe not lol
BTW, were their any powerfactor motors at WF this year?

$6500-$9500 depending on fiberglass, carbon look, or full carbon.
The tray is domed to clear the pump. I thought that felt great when riding it. Very easy to get in the foot holds quickly.

on the xfs you could probaly use any adjustable pole or cut yours up to where you want it . but the easiest answer and way to do it the rrp pole

Thank you for the answer. As I know you have built "a few" rickters and tested them I have a more 2 questions. Can this ski be subbed, how does it deal with water intrusion? How does it handle heavier riders (e.g 180 pounds)?

thats what i thought too until Taylor Curtis, a surfrider, who only had done 4 flatwaterflips ever, do one off a boatwake on the bone stock 701.... THAT is awesome and gives tons of hope for regular joes to flip this thing. not to mention if you put a big motor in this thing.....

I feel much better now I guess a 730cc with pipe, CDI, head and some porting would do the job in regards to getting inverted..and nosing it..(i can get inverted but that's it - no power, long hull). Love the XFS concept.

and secondly. how is this hull alone not going to get you to progress to the next level.....? the hull is everything or else we would be riding square noses...... it already has. trick combos that havnt been done happend with a XS1000 and this hull.

you guys shoulda seen the things taylor was doin at the pismo freeride.... the backflip/flair reentry things were just insane. you could tell by just the way tc was surfridin and slashin that thing that the boat is amazing. im pretty sure it was the first time tc or anyone has rode that boat in the surf
