Freestyle new rrp carbon pipe

But i will say make sure u have 2 sand filters and check them often. I know a lot of you wavejunkies like riding in the shallow water thats filed with rocky VA sand.

I contacted RRP on the water intrusion issue some are having, and that water boxes in some cases are being mounted directly to the engine bay floor with just turf or an inch of padding below the box.

They responded they are now including in the kit 3 1/2 x 4 x 4 1/2 Eva block for mounting

The gist was the box was never meant to be mounted so low

^^^^ True lol!.... I did get it to clear the carb though, the stock Rn exhaust hose has a bend in the middle length of the hose it's like a 30 deg bend so I cut that section out and ran it at the water box outlet rotated outwards a little towards the hull and did the same slight rotation at the bulkhead pipe 30 degree hose as well. Put a section of that RRP poll tube I bought from you @WILKEY in between so it clears pretty well.

Wilkey, I hope you like the pipe! She sure looks pretty, jumbo chamber too.
I just didn't have much to compare it too. I went to a bigger pump, different prop and jetting.

I pretty sure your way more advanced then me on the skill/ tuning level. I just ran the 120 jet and haven't messed with it. It'd be nice to hear your review.

Thanks for the review. I haven't heard anything bad about them other than the water intrusion issue but that seems to be a setup/reboarding thing from what I've read. So, I think I'm going to pull the trigger and buy one.

with a few water changes this pipe makes a huge diff on 950 cc on pump gas over a injected or dry pfp. Only minor carb changes and water temps needed between the 2. Id bet many other cc motors would be the same.

I don't know if it's better or not but, I raised mine until the pad on the top of the chamber is just touching the top of the hull. This gets the waterbox as high as possible. I think I have a 1in pad under my waterbox for it to rest on. One season on this setup without issues.
