Totally stock, like new condition, bottom was near flawless.

From an older family man, he had a couple coucher too, didn't ride his Pro much.

Managed to get some work done this weekend with working some OT saturday


Found some heater hose that fit the bilge outlet - this will give me a nice bend to prevent water coming back in and shield from the WB heat ( still need some hose clamps)

Added a new pole pad and the latch hardware

Wired the bilge switch and re-did all the electrical connections

Also mounted the start stop / bilge switch

Does anyone have a set of upper and lower pads laying around ? I really need a set in good condition

Mine does the same thing.
Haven't done anything about it yet but have been thinking I could put some kind of silicone between it and the alloy and then stuff the space between the bumper and the pole with paper towel/rags to hold it in place while the glue sets.
One day I'll get around to it.

Finished the bilge hose and wiring, dropped the motor in and got it somewhat aligned, re-did the main cooling in line , also installed a fuel filter
