Motor is aligned - bed torqued to the mounts

Installed the drives-haft coupler cover , trimmed the exhaust coupler to fit the TDR box , clamped up the main cooling line

Also added some braided covering to the battery cables , really like this stuff vs. flex-loom; may have to re-do it ;)

Hello -

back from the dead and ready to hit the water!

I put acid in the battery and charged it all up. What procedure should I follow to start the ski for the first time?

I have fresh fuel ready to go

It's been a while! I rarely get in the x because my tapatalk doesn't push notifications. But if its a fresh top end, the general rules are 32:1 oil to gas let it idle first tank of gas font got above half throttle with small intervals of 2/3 throttle and 3/4. Check plugs for correct brown color.
Next tank vary your intervals to wot and 1/2 to 2/3. Never pin the throttle. Make sure your getting sufficient cooling and listen/feel for any vibration.

Spent a few hours on the rails and rear today. Got the factory kick plate and new tie down eye installed. Rails are a PITA
