New to me WB

New to me 94 WB. Factory Pipe, prop, carbs, intake, bars, ride plate. Everything looks good. I Know previous owner well. Plan on rebuilding it this winter. But for now just want to clean it up and get it running. Looking at bendix, battery, fuel lines, plugs and fresh gas. I have one concern. A head bolt is snapped at cylinder. Is there an easy way to remove this or should I just take care of the issue during next winter rebuild. Its flush with cylinder. Not a clean flat break.

Good friend of mine. He put it away running several years ago. Ive been asking him to sell it ever since. Price was adjusted accordingly because we couldnt get bendix to engage for a compression check. If I didnt know ski and him I would of offered much less.

Can you get vice grips on the bolt with the head off?

Easiest/safest way is to weld a nut on top of the broken bolt and take it out with a wrench.

Take the cylinders off and take them to a welding shop. They can weld a nut on for you. Also might help to try and get some transmission oil or kroil around the bolt threads to loosen it up.
