New XSCREAM Hull

I do not believe Shawn_NJ is actually interested in using a stock hood on one of these boats... If you look at his avatar he is using a 24-7 Fixed steering hood that is a direct replacement for a Stock round nose hood..... Maybe he is wondering if the fixed steer hood would bolt right on to the newest XSCREAM creation?????

:fing02:

It is the same as a stock SJ

Very very interesting. Great work on the hull, 54lbs is unreal.

Nice Pat I cant wait to see it at Daytona. I have been drooling over that hood for the past 2 years. Now I guess it will be the whole boat. Wish I had the money and the reason to justify being one of the first to have that combo.

Yes Patricks hull is 54lbs, Stoyers is 46lbs., with a Ti exhauste tube we could dropped an extra pound. Patrick might have hood in stock, check with Radney.

Man, with all of the aftermarket hulls out there it would be cool if they would all bring a test ride boat to a free ride so we could ride them all. Get the RRP, Tem, Matix, EME, etc. all there to ride.

Rode the full carbon SUperfreak boat today .....incredibly light, I think it was a -2 hull and I had ZERO issue with adaptation

in fact, didnt even realize it was a shorter hull until afterwards

the tray is killer, the boneline mods make it slicker than snot and it seemed to handle wave riding very well for what I would normally consider a "flatwater boat"...spent about 10 minutes on it and had a a blast..the recessed FFH is GREAT.....Tem pointed out that it has no penalty, no loss of tray space..just mount the ebox a couple of inches higher up!

the P:W ratio was so lopsided on this machine you could just inch up to a wave and blip the throttle for a nice re-entry, and the 8mm Xscream billet motor just shot the thing into orbit....just an incredibly light, and predictable and crazy strong package...

to date this is the 2nd of Tem's boats that I have ridden and it is simply AMAZING at how a TRUE lightweight hull comes out of the water...scary fast!!!

cant wait to see the new foam filled carbon surf pole!

I also rode tem's superfreak hull for the first time in the surf yesterday. (I can't wait to get mine on the water, my build thread coming soon)

Hold on is all I can say. Huge backys....it is insane how fast you can rotate. I over rotated one without trying....I am starting to think about double backys.

Super X was designed for flatwater, but the Superfreak was designed as a hybrid hull. Tem and I wanted to add surf tray, etc. to a crazy light flatwater hull. I wanted a flatwater ski that is still surf usable.

What is the current exhaust tube made of? I assume aluminum? You have some very nice looking hulls. Could I/we see some close up engine bay pics w/o an engine installed? Thank you!

The pump location is now 08 SJ ,the tunnel shape is are own, we can do just about any set back you want. Patrick (Xmetal) is the man as far as pump stuff -size,location,tunnel legnth,
Xscream can rig out the hull or we can do it (Xscream will look cleaner with billet motor mounts and inserts). You have a choice of alloy, Ti and carbon exhaust tubes.

Only on the mega set back position. I think only the most insane motors would need/use the extra volume but this is Patricks domain.

yeah the green one is alot more electric in the sun. don't get me wrong the paint is killer on both but the green is more eyeball grabbing for sure!

ANY Pictures of Jason Stoyer's Green Team Scream Ski???

While it's on a trailer....

not on a trailer but here's a pic in the sun light. Also here is a pic of the other green ski they had there, i liked it color better but the painter said it's a total bit%h to repair paint damage
