What do you guys think about the stage under the footholds, is ist better to make a flat tray?

I lowered my tray almost 3 in.
So in my tray, my feet are lower than the pump tunnel, and slightly angled toe high, When they are locked into my foot holds. I love the way she rides with a lower center of gravity.

easy going
THe basic form is given, only putting it together and so some glasswork. I dont know if its enough rocker, but i think so...

Seriously.... The amount of rocker is ok, but I'm concerned about the blend into the bottom of the hull. Seems like a very abrupt change. Just my opinion. High five for cutting it with abandon!

its a Lot of work @ the nose. The bottom will get Smooth. Just Need to Cut of a Little Bit more, and
fill the room between. I wanted to have the nose original in the Upper Part. The bottom is easier to rebuild i Hope.

Nah, once he get's all the glass and filler on the bottom, it will look like it should. Wish I had another hull to cut up over this winter! Making me jealous...

I did some more work today. I worked on the Tray, to get the basic Form. The front Foothold i shaped out of the foam look like s hit.
I dont need it, if it look so bad
In the front, i worked on the 2 pieces. I cut out the bottom like i want it. I really dont know if its right, but i think it will work.
I just do 1 Layer inside the ski, and tomorrow i will fill it from the other side with gfk and many many layers that i get the old strenght.
After that i will lay some gfk from the inside to make it really hart.
Lets see if it work.
