little progress yesterday and today. Since it's Thanksgiving I want to give thanks to a few guys here that have been a wealth of knowledge and have put up with a lot of questions. Sanoman (he is probably regretting saying call me anytime if your need advoce), McDog, Jr. And Nate (thanks for advice and Carbon Scraps and microbaloons- yeah, don't sneeze while pouring these out!). Plus others that have chimed in. Oh, last picture just because. What's not to like about that!

I was gonna wait to ship my pump out. Glad I found a box. Set a new record. Shipped the same day I received funds. But I was off work also!

Pump bolted in no shims is way out of wack. Drive shaft coming thru the CF alignment tool is at 4 o'clock!

Have 2 shims on each front pump bolt, then pushed the rear to left side as much as I could. This got it centered Left to Right of the Driveshaft tube.

My ski also has alot of side play in the pump. Once you have it all aligned we have found it very successful to use permatex ultra-black between the shoe and the pump seal and nothing between the pump seal and the pump. When it sets up the seal will stay with the shoe and the pump can be pulled to tweek a prop and it bolts in and out every time.
