Two tow points! You can tow Don and Shane at the same time! Do the pump stator holes line up?? How was that shoe install? Jet dynamics should send a 40grit flap wheel with every purchase.

It not glued in yet. Pump holes are actually good. Had to grind the upper lip of the shoe to get to fit. Spent last night doing some adjusting and reshimming. Did not like where the pump shoe was going to be. Will double check everything one more time tonight then will glue the shoe in tonight hopefully. After that, Just a matter of running waterlines and hooking everything up........

Ive never had to use front shims on a pump install. Gotta love aftermarket stuff.

I played with the pump shoe and shims. Was able to get the shoe to sit deeper and reduce the shims all around. Still have 1 shim up front I believe.

Damn, I had to do the same thing to an impeller on a 1976 js 440. Piece by piece, the air chisel broke it away.

Just cut groves in it then used good old Hammer and chisel. Was pretty easy, just had to be sure not to cut to deep and hit the threads!
