Got some tweaking to do. Trim Nozzle is binding up when pulling the trim. Just need to clearance the nozzle some more. Getting a fair amount of water inside the tray area of the hull. This could be coming from the micro drains while the ski was sitting along the shoreline. Started putting the hull back up on the cart. Need to pop the scupper off to see if there is a leak there and at exhaust tube penetration. Gonna returf the bottom deck. Also some turf came loose on back side of foothold where it meets the hull. At some point have to play with the ride plate. It sticks out about 2" from the rear. This worked really well in the surf. May angle cut towards the hull to see if it will loosen up the rear some. Rear would not break loose some slashing some waves and turn fast enough. Overall really happy. Got some water temp tuning to do as well. Picked up some Jetworks Restrictors from Jetmaniac and also his new waterbox.

Are you sure the hull is a superfreak? They all slide way to much. Never herd anyone say they don't slide enough.. I wonder if it could it be in the pole length? So many SF's out there maybe someone will let you barrow a ride plate to try before you chop yours all up.

Guess I meant turn a little quicker, shorter plate will let you turn tighter. Got to ride flat water also...........

Oh it slides alright, Just as @KMAC , I was getting ready to throw a roll and as I started into the wave and throwing my body, the ski decided to slide away. Left the lip with no rotation and got side smacked when I hit the water. Was seeing tweety birds flying around my head.

the gflex should deff do the job. I do like the aluminium style inserts though.
I got a tip from the guys at Xscream to glue in parts. West Systems 404 mixed (high desinty) in the epoxy and you will have glue as strong as russion vodka. Its crazy how big a difference it makes. Just a bit of normal epoxy in the bottom of your plastic mixing cup (its some strong, but also brittle), vs the same epoxy mixed with 404 in the plastic cup (now its crazy strong and not brittle)

Well, Finally started back working on here. Took a nice long break. Insert glued back in. But have a trim cable issue, so got to pull it and send it back to Maniac. But needed to pull pump anyhow to seal up a one or two dozen small leaks in the hull..................
