IMO - when people respond to bitching or negativeness they condone and encourage it. if you ignore it, perhaps, just perhaps, it will go away.

:thinkerg:

either way, it's not worth getting upset about.

Thats what I usually do, but just thought this time i would fire back, because I'm sick of hearing it and i'm sure others are too.. Trust me I'm holding back a lot...

i hear ya bro... and completely understand... but it's just not worth it. there are much more important things in life than thinking about this sort of thing...

10 ways to stop those "cyberbullys"

1. Don't encourage anyone to use the Internet to bully someone.

2. If you cannot say something nice about someone in an email, IM, chat room, or anywhere else on the Internet, then don't say it at all.

3. Don't email or publish online any embarrassing photographs, videos, or audio recordings.

4. If you know that someone is being bullied online, tell someone.

5. Don't send emails or other online messages that threaten a person.

6. Don't send emails or other online messages that use foul or abusive language.

7. Don't send or post angry messages online.

8. Follow family rules about online behavior.

9. Follow school rules about online behavior.

10. If you receive a threatening or harassing message, tell someone, especially a teacher or parent.

Sorry for your loss Ron.
A good thing that comes from all the drama lately, is it lets me know who to keep my distance from. There are plenty of other/good people here I can help out.

Sorry for your loss man.

An idiot once said: "Can't we all just get along?"

Obviously we can't. But maybe we can just let all the drama go and actually talk about our superjets. I'm kind of getting sick of the arguments too, especially when they aren't even on topic for the thread they are posted on.

Well said Frosty, I usually do not chime in on bitch/drama threads but I totally agree with you. Just ignore the bullys, psychos, idiots, etc and if they get no attention they will take their crap and go somewhere else to be obnoxious..

Sorry about Grandma, Ron. When stuff like that happens it always puts things into perspective.

There is still a ton of good on this site. This year there were at least 7 killer Freerides organized on here! All of them were a great time and people were super cool. Ya gotta get yourself to a couple this year! Like you said, life's too short.

Ron, Sorry to hear about your grandmother......... I lost both of mine within 6 weeks 17 years ago............ Wow, can not believe it been that long...........
Your in my thoughts.

As for the site, there is plenty of good things about it............ Friendships....... Advice.........Information...........Setting up rides for everyone to try and meet up to meet new friends and old friends alike.... There are also unfortunetly some members who feel that they need to constantly stir the pot to get a big wiff of DRAMA SOUP........ The easy thing to do would be to just get rid of them but that is not how we had invisioned this site to be run......... Maybe we were wrong in that thinking.......... I think time will prove that some people will always act like 13 year olds.............. That is just my view..........

Sorry to hear about your grandmother. I lost my first grandparent this year...it's tough man.

as far as life being short....I can't agree more. After making a big move a year and a half ago we realized that life isn't worth being "safe" all the time. Now I am willing to do things that I wouldn't have even thought about doing two years ago. I used to be so freaking stressed out about things that just weren't worth it. I am a lot more laid back now. I don't let little piddly things bother me anymore. :cool2::afro:

i used to be that way as well... then i once heard a speaker say "you can only effect about 15% of what happens in your life. So don't stress about the 85% you have no influence over, and grab hold of the 15% you can influence". Since then life has become much more stress free for me.
