The prototype of our new cart will be finished up tomorrow so here are some teaser pics. Pricing and availability is yet to be determined so save all those questions for now. For now we are only looking for opinion and direction as to what customers may want to be different.

One of the nice things is that they will be somewhat customiseable. I wanted a winch on mine so the tab on the front has been added on. I may cut it down and make the winch tab pinnable like a receiver hitch for ease of removal. One more change i see immediately is the option to break the unit down into smaller pieces for shipping. I didn't want the extra joints in mine but it will be quite difficult to ship as it is so it must be addressed.

Other options will include different wheel and tire choices. My builder has worked out a custom hub that will allow the use of any golf cart or ATV wheel so your cart can have as much bling as your toy hauler.

Enjoy and feel free to comment.

looks good... definitely need to be able to break it down. After looking at some of the NJ riders carts, height options (taller) would be nice

oh yeah, how much? when can I get one?

The nice thing about offering a custom stand is that things like height and width can be specified at time of ordering. If you want to go taller, I highly reccomend adding some widtth as well though.

Front folding leg is done. Only thing left is to install bunk slides, winch and grab bar thru the front tongue. Oh, and to go and pick it up.

The pivot point will be revised for the production models to reduce the time and labour involved. This area was one of the biggest weak points on the TBM so we are really trying to make ours more durable.

I think Steve has done an excellent job on this and can't wait to pick it up next weekend.

any way the wheels could be poped off w/o tools and allow the cart to be used also as a beech stand?

There are quickpins on each wheel, pull the pins and the wheels slide right off. You would still have the axle protruding out a bit and the front leg would have to be folded due to the length but I guess you could use it that way.

That is a super rad cart. If you can put a hitch on that and a winch and it's light weight that is everything you ever need.

The frame is made from sched 10 aluminum tubing which is very light. I don't have a total weight on it yet but it should be lighter than my TBM. I have a 2" hitch I pulled off my old trailer that will bolt or pin right on the end of that square tube so that is more than doable.

That front piece is going to open up a ton of options for us. Rather than having it one solid piece like the one pictured, I am going to suggest it be changed to a reciever and that protruding piece will slide in and out and you can have different attachments.

Nice job man! Whats the price and how bad is shipping? This is a good thing to bring to the free rides so people dont have to pay shipping.

nice work as normal boyer

Thanks Steve but I can't take any credit for the work itself. I am working with the same guy who is making the scissor stands. I asked him to build me a second cart and we started talking about what we would do different and here is the result. If there is demand, we will build them.

One thing we talked about was to offer the cart as a chassis only. It will cut down on shipping cost and open up the wheel options to anything you can dream of.
