I made up another batch of switches today including some with 9ft leads so they can be mounted on the handpole somewhere.

I made a pretty simple mount for my RRP Pole but there are far too many different steering setups out there to make one that fits everything. I'm actually interested in seeing what others think.

fast shipping looks great thanks

Glad you like it, I just finished building 10 more.

I even did up a couple test switches with clear potting compound. I plan to use one in my display unit and the other two will go into my skis where I can monitor them for water intrusion. I am working towards offering a 3 year warranty so i want to do my homework first.

I'm having trouble mounting mine through my bulkhead on my roundnose. There's not enough threads to make it through the bulkhead and turf. Any tips

The bulkhead is thicker on some skis for sure. First try using an oversize socket or nut driver to compress the turf around the switch. If you can't compress the turf enough, it may be necessary to remove some of the material from the backside of the bulkhead. If you have one available, a mini die grinder with a 2" sanding disc works perfect; just don't take so much that you weaken the bulkhead.

I have the bulkhead, turf and a Blowsion guard on my current switches and I was able to compress the turf down enough to get the nut on.

Bilge pumps working on my lanyard... I like that idea. Are you still selling these?

Do you leave your lanyard on your ski all the time Dan? If not, I am just putting the finishing touches on a relay so your bilge pump(s) will come on whenever you plug in your Lanyard.

It will be plug and play with any of my harnesses and fit snuggly under the ignition coil in the Superjet E-box.

It's not my ideal configuration and I hope to improve upon the design to function off the start/stop switch eventually but this is one a customer has requested special and is ready to go. (I am making extra).

Nope and I never did finish or sell any. It may sound like a good idea but the problem is that your pump will be off anytime your lanyard comes off. That coincidentally ends up being the exact moment that you actually want your pumps to be running.

I have had a few of the switches...and none have failed me. This is good stuff!
