I highly suggest a larger ''funnel'' .. An Upside down ''VP jug'' would be about right size :) to keep everybody accurate , but your trailer is really a nice set up . carry on !

What kind of foam did you use? I have a cargo trailer we use for camping and i was planning on pink foam someday.
Just FYI , in my trailer I used the plain white foam in 1x4 ft pieces x 1'' '' cut to fit tightly ,then topped it with 1/4 plywood , and 1x3'' firing strips to cover the plywood seams , it does not even get hot in the summer sun very comfortable ! As far as the spray on foam as in the pic above ,Im sure its even better !! But I was just letting you know the 1'' foam is VERY comfortable and does the job nicely in my case !

It's a spray foam that a local shop does down the road. I had them spray my shop building with it, liked it, so I decided to do my trailor too. May do the walls some day. Cost me $130 to have the roof sprayed. I will be covering it all up with wood eventually.

Been following this since you started. Looks great so far. I'm looking at picking up an enclosed trailer myself(7x14 as well)Question first. I have two standups and a blaster 1. Any idea if it would all fit? I was thinking the blaster up front centered. And the other two across the back.

My neg. 13" footrocket barely fit side ways in the front of the trailor threw the side door, for when we haul 4 standups. Or are you saying blaster and standups length wise? May all fit length wise depending how long those standups are.

I have not setup my trailer yet, but i have a double trailer carry 2 stand ups and 1 b1 and a 8.5x18 cargo trailer. I measured it out and i should be able to fit all 3 skis in side by side same as my ski trailer. It would be very tight at the door because or the 1.5" jamb on both sides but they should fit just fine inside. They can be even tighter if i staggered heights but i based my measurments kn my double whre all heighs are the same,

Length wise. All three facing front.
Blaster center front(stock length), 550/750 left rear(rockered and shortened bout 6")
wife's 750sx right rear(stock length)

Do you have guides for the winch rope to match up with the outside skis or do you move the winch ?

No. One person on front and one on back, lift and set over to the left or right, then winch the next ski in. We use to carry them in there, that was hell lol.

It may fit, idk how long a blaster is, but the center of my trailor is a couple inches longer due to the curved nose, a V nose would be even longer inside.
