I am running a OP nozzle on my fx-1 with a 650 pump. I have looked at the PJS rip turn nozzle and was wondering which would be better for freestyle or bottom end?

I like my OP, but not sure if the oval shape helps or takes away. I have heard so many thoughts on the BIGGER THE NOZZLE theories. Just wondering if the
PJS Rip Turn nozzle would be better, it’s a smaller circle from the looks of it. May be longer so better throw. Not sure.

I just don’t want to sell my OP to buy one then prefer the OP..

ANY Thoughts?

I have one on an X2. The steer nozzle is actually smaller than a stock X2 steer nozzle. The pump nozzle is a lot bigger than the stock X2 pump nozzle. Sorry I don't have the measurements handy. I am thinking ion the 3 to 5mm difference in diameters.

I put it on a stock X2 and didn't notice much of a difference. I also put on a Jet Dynamics grate, plate and a WW cone.

I had an OP nozzle once on a 650 SX. I changed a bunch of stuff all at once so I can't really say how much of a difference it made. I am a fellow subscriber to nozzle theories... I would buy one if you can find one but not to worry too much about it especially if someone wants the bookoo bucks they typically want.
