90 is still bigger than the max 86 on the 144. yea, i think its 94 on the turn nozzle when you bore the reduction nozzle to the max
I talked to tommy to about that. Said it was a waste of time messing with the oem 155 & worth the money to go skat 155. I havnt tried bigger than a 760 with this 155 oem perhaps hes right. IdkTpain was posting a couple years ago that he and PHP tried a stock 155 pump with the 898? in his hurricane and he said they never got it to perform that great and switcher to a skat 148/155, which was much better. the 155 reduction nozzles are bigger/beefier than the 144 and thats why you can bore them to 94 as opposed to 86. also requires a lot of grinding to get the trim rings to clear. turn nozzles are supposed to be bored also which is why its better to use a metal nozzle as opposed to the stock plastic.
How did you get to 94mm on the reduction nozzle? Which one are you usind that you can bore that big?
@Christian_83 what is you reduction bored at?
thanks
Joe
Maxx Can beat that price, i was offered 160 mm with my hull.
yup same hereI have a complete oem 155 pump and prop setup with trim nozzle from a gp1200 sitting on a shelf ready to sell cheap. Just sayin

Explain more please . What engine? Pitch? Hull?Have had better results with 144 pump with an A/M 12 vein stator section than an OEM 155.
