From talking to people that have built these before with our setup it should be about 275 lbs.

Alan's XFS hull/hood/handlepole bracket,foothold system, Engine mounting system weighed 96 lbs.

Alan's old SJ with nothing but hull and hood weighed 168.5 lbs.

Brand new hull and covered in parts stickers, silly Okie boys haha, ski is looking good guys!!!!

Ya, it was reinforced and water logged.

yea it was water logged really bad as i was cutting the tray out i was being hit in the face with water.

Dual Rule 500's and auto bilge switch installed.

welded and installed limiting rope hull hook.

Engine alignment done.

It's a electronic bilge switch, no moving parts.(black box behind bilge pumps) I have sold many of them and they have all work great for years.

Finished torquing down engine mounts, pump, ride plate and adjusted/tighten steering cable.

Aluminum Exhaust installed.

E-box Painted.

Coupler Cover..Cant leave anything stock ::icon16:.
