Wow I just read complete 2007 thread of Waterdawg issues.[EVIL][/EVIL] Have they/Jeff gotten better? I was looking to grab his REV Footholds as most seem to swear by them.

Not feeling I need to rush to buy anything else from them just beause I don't really need much more yet. However that said - nothing pmo more then shoty workmanship and lack of customer care.

Jeff seemed to be on a roll near the end of that thread responding to every question. Maybe that was just what he needed. But have things really changed with the company?

i can only say good things about jeff i ordered a hood nose peice and a month latter rev foot holds as far as the hood and nose it has already copped a fair beating and is holding up fine i get a few coments on the look of it most like it as far as the foot holds after running revs i would not run any other on the market
the shipping on both items was give or take a day or two from when he said it would arrive and getting from jeff to australia thats good in my book he was also good to deal with on the phone so ticks all round here

i am sure you will get mixed opinions on here

my hood and nose piece arrived in a fairly good time frame, and they seem to be good quality. I have not beat on them a ton yet....

I got the hood/nosepiece for $399 during his xmas special... couldnt pass it up... would buy from again.

i bought a diablo hood and nose piece from WDK - had great communication and got my hood within 2 weeks. Very pleased.

I love him and his stuff. I have beaten the crap out of his hood the best I can with no issues.

And his chinpad is by far the absolute BEST (SUPER TOUGH!!!! and for only $125!!) for a stock or AC pole. Great prices and great quality and I have waited for nothing.

I am still trying to figure out which full carbon hull to get. So far lightweight.de is my favorite but I doubt I can afford it. I will probably just have Jeff make me one.

His site is looking killer too!!

While it will always be my first love (I'll never forget that 1st pic someone posted on here years ago)I hear the DE's are the shizzle.

I may still get a XFT shipped in pieces or maybe if DE ships in pieces I'll go that route. But if price becomes an issue I would not hesitate to have Jeff make me a full carbon SJ replica and just go pick it up.

I really have a ton of questions but I have no idea who to ask yet. I see DE has a website so I guess that is where I'll start someday soon. Then I'll get a hold of Sergio I guess and go from there.

They are truly a NO BRAINER! Super solid and perfect fit.

I love my Diablo kit and billet pole bracket are the shiznit. Took a while to get em, but I stated I was in no hurry. The qaulity is unreal for the price. I am a happy WDK customer. Just be aware of his shipping practices-he ships it w/ he rememkbers to ship it. LOL-but again-for the price who cares.

Not a big fan of the XFT hull, his lay up needs to be improved for the price he charges on the hull. I have noticed he paints all the edges with flat black to hide them and the clear I have seen on the hulls have been rough. Now water craft factory lay up (infusion) looks top quality but then I have only seen there hoods and not an entire hull. IMO

Don't get me wrong though the XFT is probably a nice hull I would just expect better quality for the price.

I want to know who all has had their WDK hood for more than a year and has really trashed them.

Oh, this will fire some people up, but I feel that unless you are landing flat water rolls prefectly, I think a lightweight hull is a waste of money. How long is it going to last before it starts cracking...... Anybody ever wonder why Bogie was always selling his wammer hulls after a season....... And he is about as perfect as you can get on his rolls.

Only hull that would be a consideration right now for me would be a wammer. Lightweight DE is way out of my ball park. I think the XScream would be good, but have not seen or ridden so I cannot give an opinion.

I will never buy another product from this company again. Took me forever to get my stuff.... some of it never came.... I trashed the hood in less then 2 weeks..... I was promised things that never happened.
