I actually found a freestyle trim for the 650 pump! its a pjs nozzle and trim setup.i just don't have the cash right now though.

i got it primed! IT LOOKS FLAWLESS my uncle is the best body guy around! i dont have any pics right now though, this weekend im going to get it painted, its mid winter break for me. so ill post pictures of the painted product soon! its gonna have all white on bottom, metallic blue as base on top, metallic light purple arrow stripes on front, air brush mc numbers and my signature on it, then bingo alll done with the hull. so the next picture update should be here by the weekend, im going with camo blue diamond pattern turf too, gonna look sweet!

the arrow stripes are gonna be just like the ones in the pic of my jet skis on my profile pic. the purple and black one, and the bottom of the ski is gonna be white, and the rest is gonna be pretty much the same as the blue ski in my profile pic as well. gonna look sweet.

i found this video on youtube! its of the previous owner with my ski before i bought it from him. im an idiot and i traded a perfect stock 91 sn sj for it. but the way it is in the vid is how i got it. heres the link, this is the previous owner of my ski, i got it just like this! pretty sweet

this guy i traded the superjet with completly screwed me on this deal. the ski ran like SH^T after a couple hours and then i built it up with every mod possible, tuned it, and it ran flawlessly, but there was one problem, helfway through a ride, MY FLAME ARRESTOR BOLT FELL INTO THE INTAKE! :eek: BYE BYE jet ski. yep popped a hole in the case and both pistons. this happened 2 more times till i just threw a 750 in it and stopped screwing with the 550 engines. yes, i torqued it and loctited it the last 2 times it happened. no luck, overall $700 in screwups, and evend dumber i sold my fully built sxi to payn to fix and build this 550. so it all boils down to the ahole that traded me. shouda never done it, right now id have 2 perfect skis instead of one in progress moneypit - monster.

funny enough the ahole is in the vid lol, but im the idiot who traded lol. i guess u could say i wouldnt have a BA ski being built right now if i hadnt made those decisions though.

ive got two lightened never ran, fresh off the lathe, balanced 650sx x2 flywheels. One is missing a magnet, asking $90 shipped, one is complete and even lighter than the other asking $140 shipped. the lighter one had a .4lb taken off the outsides and top, and the other about .3lb, that's how much group k lightens the 650 flywheels, so my friend did the same, he runs a lathe for a living and he knows what hes doing, so you can expect good quality.

I wasn't referring to the bulkhead itself. But never mind. I I can find a pic I will post. Otherwise you will find it soon enough :)
i know what you were saying, the mid section, but with the hull shortened there will be a lot less stress when landing jumps, so id assume.. but all the body work is done, uploading pics tommorow night. looks freaking awesome, my uncles a body work genius!

ill get pics of the whole paint job when we finish dong the whole thing Saturday, and I ordered all my tuf, JRE conversion plate, transparent blue fuel line, transparent blue water cooling line, bildge hose, fuel filters, little odds and ends. Im going to paint the inside with some black walmart enamel, and when we get the ski back from paint ive got some fiberglassing to do in the back, then ill rough up and clean the interior, then black paint, turf, install engine and everything else, and go set it on the 2 and a half feet of ice on the lake lol here in Michigan. im going out as soon as it thaws, my dad wont approve but ill get out there. lol, dry suites are better than wetsuits for really cold water right?

the fiberglassing is being done in the back by the bulkhead, lol not on the outsie over paint lol. don't want to make myself look like im totally lost haha

Paint job is all done! got to go back into the engine compartment and fiberglass in the bulkhead section just to reinforce and seal up some stuff, then maybe some black engine bay paint? or white? who knows lol
