To clarify i was saying that stock turn plates and umi plates utilizing the stock locking nuts come loose.

Ive only tighened my jetlabs ovp once and i think it was because the bushing settled in. Havent touched it since.

I think a stock style plate using the jetlabs locking nut could make good competition to umi.

Do these bolt up on xmw poles yet?
"bolt on" nope.

The pivot hole on XMW poles can easily be opened up to fit OEM bushings. Once you do the mod the XMW pole fits nearly everything including other standard 4 hole bearing style steering systems. I've been running them for 2 years now on my personal ski with a XMw pole and works great.

We can also give the option if you have your own OEM bushings you would like to reuse you can knock $20 off the price

What size do you bore the xscream poles to?
Thank you, Great question.

I don't have OEM specs to know the upper and lower control limits but I have attached a photo below of the bushing I used when designing the JETTLab OVP steering.

I recommend measure your bushing and add .008-.011" to the 1.019" dim indicated below.

It should be very close to 1.030"

How much interest would there in a yamaha only design stubby plate like the 3D print below? Seems like most people end up trying the standard behind the pivot locations but like the directly over the pivot setup the best. Considering stocking both set-ups for those that know they only want OVP.
Yes standard superjet plate without the extra length would be good.

bump for a nice system that I wish I saw before buying 2 freakn blowvision systems GRRRRRRR if these do not tighten up and act right in next week I will be ordering one of these, hoping you have OVP only without the extra meat on back by now. OVP is where its at with the right system.
