Oh boy...sorry to see your boat's true colors. That blue foam looks like divinycell scraps the guy swept off the floor. At first glance, the pisser lines looked like foot longs stuffed in there. Ha Ha!

With all those fractures in the surface glass, you might consider giving the whole boat a layer or two of 4oz surfboard cloth & epoxy to seal it up. Paint will just crack again and look like crap after the first outing.

Well I decided to keep the 08 hull so here is the fixing process. Ground alot of the :):):):) out. and filled the bondline with West Systems and 406. Then I layered 2 layers of 7.5 oz carbon. I am going to let that dry and see how strong it is. I also filled all the existing holes to re-do them.. The midshaft housing was mounted to far to the port side. Thanks Mark!..

Damn Mark was on crack when he built hulls. And he made jokes about XFT putting pop bottles in hulls! Must have thought packing peanuts were the wave of the future....

I figured I should get working on the ski if I plan on riding at all this season. The bulkhead is all done and I got the midshaft mounted. Need to do all the lines next and then foam.

Poured some foam but ran out. (More will be here next week) I also laid up some carbon foot holds. I am debating whether or not to shave down the rails similar to a WCF hull.
