Custom/Hybrid PHP Circus Visual Carbon build!

Four guys working on one hull.....there is no doubt this is our most labor intensive build yet! I could only take a pic at the moment because I only can use one hand for a few months I was sanding as well

Got to see this hull today for the first time since clear dried.......holy chit is it awesome!!!

Looks like you guys have the visual carbon pinhole blues! Trick to getting them gone in the first coat is brush it or use a 4" foam roller. It pushes the clear down into the pinholes where the spray gun just wont put it. I learned the hard way myself. I have my visuals down to a science now. Brush 3 fat coats sand and spray the final. Zero pinholes. Hopefully that can help the next guy. Nice work!

Depth it has thru the clear is insane, the pics don't do it justice.

Believe me,after doing the hood on my SF,it is! l have a bunch of hours in it.l know Zack and crew spent a ton on this project.You need a crew

I think they are working on painting a customers ski at the moment, we got a little time with 3 ft of ice still on the lakes

Yeah, sorry for no updates. That's our shop build and customers builds come first. We are right in the middle of sxr1200 build right now that we will post up when it's done. Here's a little teaser pic of the paint. That's right before we sprayed the clear so it's dull in this pic.

time for an update! this build has been put on the back burner for a while due to all the customer ski builds. my good buddy Dayton Bender worked his magic on the body of this visual beauty to not cover but accent the cf....looks 10x cooler in person. next stop dells freeride!
