no one is use to 20ft faces on a ski....

just doesn't happen enough....

I would venture to say if there was one guy it would be Randy

We get 15-20' surf in the NW all of the time. I'm not claiming I slash it/cutback/floater but the winter is the favorite time of the year for me.

he rides 20ft surf regulary??? I knew was insane and liked it big, but damn he's got a private jet too???

My point is that it's not what would be considered good or optimum for a jet ski. And to be frank... who sees that kind of surf on a regualr basis, besides guys in Australia and Hawaii?.. Even Oregon doesn't get that but a few times a year...

I've ridden 15ft faces.

It's a bit hairy. Lotsa hangtime.

DISCLAIMER: I am not any good at it at all. Merely saying I've been in that stuff, and it's not for the faint of heart. Any bigger and I'd be out.

Holy CR@P! Makes me kinda glad I'm not going. That way I won't have to make any excuses for not going out there and committing suicide (cuz that's what it would be for me to be out in that).

yup..hopefully everyone has enough sense to ride within their limits or not at all cause this is gonna be HEAVY. :ugh:.it sucks for all the people coming from far away to ride but you gotta show some respect for surf that size..

In all seriousness if the surf hits as predicted (which it usually doesnt) a 3 seater with a sled sitting inside would be a welcome sight, just in case anyone gets seporated from their ski and held under
