Pisser with 90 degree elbow inside hull??

Anyone already making one of these and I just haven't been able to find one?

I think they would be nice to keep the water lines tied tightly to the side of the hull when the pissers are up front.

I'm sure you could just cut the barbs off a billet one, drill it out to the correct size and tap it to accept a 90 deg brass fitting.

Yeah that is an idea too! My question there is how much would the 3/8 line be further restricted by inserting the brass fitting inside the line. Might be ok if it was a 1/2 pisser I guess.

I was thinking more along the lines of a 2 part pisser, where the barb is removed, and it screws into a female thread on the 90 degree elbow that also keeps it tight against the hull. nice, low profile, it would make me happy!. I will take a look at what you have mentioned here too! Thanks for the feedback all.

It's a slow day at work, I'll whip something up in solidworks

I told you to do OCD's idea last night and you whined that you want to use 1/4 NPT for your 1/2 inch lines!
I still think that is your best option though. Ever since I took all my 3/8", 1/8 NPT brass fittings and drilled them out as far as I could, I've never had a problem getting enough water to cool the engine...

Well, nothing has changed, I would still prefer to find an already in existence pisser with a 90 degree barb, preferably something that is aesthetically pleasing on the inside and the outside made of billet.... 1/2 would be ideal, 3/8 will work too!
