i live in michigan so there is no big places like daytona to ride surf. Is there anywere in Mi that you can ride at all year long. or all summer long?

I know there is a place people used to call the "hot hole" that is over your direction where the water is warm year round due to a power plant using the lake as cooling water. The only problem is you genitals may fall off from the radiation. No big problem for me though since I don't seem to be able to keep a girlfriend very long.
I might be riding Port Sheldon tomorrow. It's about the end of my riding season though. Definitely dry suit weather. Have had great surf the last 4 weekends in a row. Let me know if you ever want to make the trek across the state for a little surf ride.

I will be back up in Michigan for thanksgiving. Hope to ride port sheldon a few times. If you want to cruise over to west Mich.

My family isn't getting together until 5 on Thanksgiving so I could do a ride earlier in the day. Friday looks really nice for temps and for waves so I am thinking about taking off part of the day. Let me know if you guys have interest.

I've been to the Hot Hole (its in Monroe), we have that ride every October there. This year it was only 47 degrees outside and we where actually warmer chilling in the water then on the beach with a fire.

It gets cold in Michigan in the winter.. Do what I do leave a ski and a vehicle in a storage unit by an airport in Florida, and fly down when u want to ride.
