Why not use a drill press to take out all the big 
and them get it fine cut with the mill

Its seriously not bad at all with a 1" cutter and 1/2" cut it goes fast

inside is basically done just need to polish it up and then machine the outside

It has been a long time since updating but I have some good news ( if im not dreaming ):laugh2:
My Hull has finally been dropped off at the shipping depot on wed the 9th and is scheduled to leave to me on the 16th and I should receive it a month later :bigok:
I'm super excited but it has been a bitter sweet deal ( will do a full write up once I receive my hull)

It wont dissapear now, no worries. Should be released in a day or so...same thing happened to me.....Just make sure your paperwork matches theirs. I got the parts you sent to me.....billet Jaz tank cap and hose caps...ano red looks great you do great work.........matches my ADA head and pipe ..I am sure you can sell a bundle of these on the X......take your time on the e-box...no hurry hey...cheers mate.
