Custom/Hybrid Poizen's Tiger craft Aqua-bot

Mine took 7 months to be made, i did have money knocked off for that.
Turf was a bit rough and pump shoe had to be smashed out and replaced.
Footholds have the top mounting bit cut off the bracket that i wasn't too impressed with, rather than cutting the turf and under padding so only held in with 2 bolts, and need some kind of spacer making up to actually fit the pods.
Im missing a ride plate i payed $150 for, versi plugs that were supposed to be fitted and a rad dudes battery tray, but this is all supposed to be in the post so will have to see.

I am happy with the hull tho and can't wait to get out and ride it! All the bits above will be sorted and the ski is going to be awesome when built

It has been brought up before that I am out of line and my expectations are unrealistic as far as hull go. That being said my ROK was awesome and my Trinity/Bullet went above OEM expected quality. That might be why I say what I do. I also expected more from Tiger Craft. The last few pages of this thread I find unacceptable on many levels. In my opinion the hull should've never been built let alone shipped this way. The response from from Tiger Craft was dismal at best and what makes it worse they pluggedtheir new hull in it . Discount? Keep your discount if it comes at the cost of quality. The hard earned money that the blue color man pays for these hulls they should show up like a new Cadillac. I also am disturbed by the lack of pride that gets loaded into some of these crates. I will applaud the OP for his cander and wish others would do the same even if met with aggressive rebuttals at least you might save someone else the same greif down the road. I implore these builders to aspire to a higher level that is easily attainable and has been attained by a handful in the industry. I know most dont give 2 s&%$'s about what I say but hope you might reflect on what is happening here. Hope the best and hope y'all have fun.

^^You're exactly right. I hoped this hull and builder would work out. Looks like that isn't the case. As a builder, you get one or two chances to get this right.
Shipping garbage like that and then blaming the customer is not getting it right, it's :):):):)ing it up. Badly.
This hull started with openly asking for measurements from the most successful a/m hulls.
Then it moved to getting into bitch fights with other builders on this forum.
Now we're at delays, calling customers liars, registering a new user name for every knock-off product and hull.

I am not in the market for a hull. If I find myself to be in the market, I know one more to stay away from.

Good luck Mr. Aquabot. You'll need it.

Yes, mr aquabot, good luck. Since some dudes from the x don't like it you don't stand a chance.

Quite the response, very impressive. Guess this will be the next copy you make of someone else's design. Most stayed on topic so far, as usual a stray comes along.

Tony is building a V2 Aquabot for me right now and so far my experience has been positive. I've received texts and phone calls from him with updates during the process and so far we are on plan to me to pick up the hull right around the time we talked about. It's been a couple months so far but part of that process has been updating the top deck design and making several new molds for top deck, bottom deck, hood and ride plate. He has gone full time on producing these and from what I've seen the already great quality of the hull is getting even better and by going full time he will be able to roll them out at a much faster manufacturing rate. I've ridden a couple Aquabots and I've liked everything about them which is why I and several others have ordered them. I'm sure with bringing a new hull to the market there is a learning curve and it takes a while to get everything right but I think it will be right in the long run. I'm not a pusher of Aquabots nor are me and Tony best buddies and my posting this is not just to back him up. I'm just calling it the way I see it. Hopefully the hull will be able to speak for itself and all this bickering about this s#$t will cease (even though we know it won't because this is the X). Spend more time building and riding and less time surfing the keyboards!
