I want to give a Special Thanks to the x-h20 and you guys, I have learned most of this process,ideas and where and what materials to buy on here...carbon,epoxy and 2 part foam from U.S Composites, Tom21 your holds are getting well taken care of....

don't forget to drill a hole and pour foam in over the hold. you will want extra support for all the landings it will edure.

where? when? I see no foam under the holds. or oozing out. no hole in the gunwhale to let it pour in and expand under and around the hold....:reporter:

did u move the exhaust flange upward ? drain much water out when u check?

well thats a 96and up tube in a sn. the left side goes all the way into the hull i use that all the time. the right side was just to drain the hull(foam) its always dry.
the tube is in the stock spot.

gotcha...that left side drain helps out....

yes its does. the rn i am going to do drains on both sides. there will be no foam in the bottom half so it should be easy.

Pancake Pete front foothold has been working real well...we filled the back of it with foam for extra support and then bolted in on real good with SS bolts (bolted instead of epoxied on advice from Tom21 in case of electrical box bracket/nut issues). Very happy with FFH...:brap:

also top of gunwales/tray have 25mm pad...very comfy (we call it "old man pad" ) arty:

prolly not unless I came across a smokin deal....super-ski on this same build up has TL and loves how it spools up fast....
