Never got a response of low temp powder coating. I am interested in what temp you have access to, it could be an answer to some issues. It'd be great if something under 300* bake existed.

More info here then I'm sure you will get otherwise. Looks like DuPont has some finishes in the 280 degree range.

First pic shows a stock upper half 62t.

The second pic is a set of 6m6 cases with Kawi reed areas welded on and then ported. Also fly cut to fit 701
