Powerfactor chattering noise

Did you just wrap it around the male portion of the chamber?
Sorry, made a flat washer type for my RRP pipe.
My PFP broke the outer aluminum off the outer edge of the O-ring groove, so I bought a silicone hose that slipped over the smaller inside pipe, and trimmed the outside of it until it just slipped into the manifold, worked very good and sold it with that pipe eventually. Before that it would eat couplers for lunch, never blew a coupler again!

Well imadumbass, I forgot the big washer that goes behind the Bendix, so maybe that was actually where the noise was coming from, so now I nerd to decide if I should put the ski back together and test or continue with a b-pipe trade...

ok, put it all together today again, kenny keepers apear to clear everything, motor is lined up, 4mm gap on the coupler, PFP is aligned, bendix has all washers and spring, when I had it apart I saw absolutely no apparent spots where the pipe would be rubbing and causing noise or damage. I put it all back together today and the noise is still there. It is really only noticable around maybe 3,000rpm. Here is a quick video, you can really hear it around 12 and 19 seconds. What do you think?

I recently replaced my front cover bushing and used a brand new oem spring with the 2 washers in front cover, along with the washer in the back of the bendix, and my ski still makes that noise too. I think it's still hitting the kenney keepers even though I grinded them out to clear the bolts. That motor moves like crazy. I took a video like that and it looks so funny when the cam just shows it wiggling around out of sync
