Just heard about this!!!!! I can't even wrap my mind around it.

My prayers are with the families involved and the first responders. What a horrific thing to go through.

This is disgusting how somebody could be that sick and unstable. What really bothers me is thinking about how many other people are out there with the same mental instability that could do something like this at any minute just for having a bad day... Who knows, they could be relatives or friends of ours and we don't even know it. There should be a mandatory mental evaluation for people instead of jury duty

That school had auto locking doors with cameras to see who was at the door. He had to have been "buzzed" in to have gotten in. He was known to the staff but they did not say how.

Stories like this are so surreal. How do you see things like this coming? It's so easy to figure afterwards but who would have imagined anything like this ever happening much less think a person you know is capable?

Things like this make me feel helpless, because i'd give anything in the world to have prevented such a horrible tragedy. I pray for the families involved. And I hope there is a hell for the shooter, because I don't believe anything in this world is a suitable punishment for him.

By far the most disgusting act I have ever heard of, it was a nightmare listening to the similar shoot that took place at the youth camp in Norway, but see it happen on our own soil shows the depravity of some of the individuals at home.

Thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families, as Wilkey said, treasure your kids and your loved ones! This is very sad....

Very sad news, I said prayers on the way home from work for all involved. I asked God to help the children and the school faculty killed to find their way to Heaven, very tragic.
