Huge update! I think I settled on the placement for my pisser's and bilge fittings. It will be mirrored on both sides. More to come.20190614_165244.jpg20190614_165315.jpg

4 bypasses? What's the motor?

Nothing crazy yet but will be TL, ported, polished.

Dual cooling on the motor. Independent cooling on the exhaust. I will be using a distribution block. two half inch feeds in to the block and several 3/8 feeds out to feed the different components.

It will let me tune the exhaust, stinger, and cylinders independently. Overkill for now but ready for the AZ heat and high compression. I wont be moving any more water though the cylinder than the average dual cooling setup but my exhaust will get its own cool water feed, along with the stinger.20190615_083624_HDR.jpg20190615_083609.jpg

I have routed almost everything on the rear firewall foothold area. Everything is mounted and I have silicone in the holes. Still have a half a dozen or so mounting points to put up through the rest of the hull.20190616_185101.jpg

I love your water routing system, very clean. 1 question, isn't that bypass line before the fcv basically just dumping water straight from the pump? I don't have any experience with water route besides the basic b-pipe hookup so this could be a standard config for all I know. Just seems like the pressure would be greatly reduced everywhere else?

I doubt its a standard config. It will have a 1/4 or less restriction on both legs to keep the flow down a bit. My system is going to be over-pressurized for just about any application so I can vent off a bit of water without concern. Its also a point that I can tune the whole system with. If the entire system needs less pressure I can bleed more off at that pisser. I wanted to see the the FCV working so that is why I am dumping in this fashion , the extra tuneability is a plus. When I am riding I should be able to see the pressure drop out the pisser when the FCV valve opens.

Very slick. I would guess that would make it very easy to tune for different water temps too. May not be as big of a deal for you in Tenn. but in Michigan I tune my b-pipe in may when the water is cool and then by mid july when the water is much hotter I start to worry about overheating.

I got the bracket fixed at the Machine Shop and it turned out quite nice. I was able to get everything mounted handle pole wise. Only thing I have to do to make the hull ready for the water is to work out a limiting rope, reinstall the hood straps, install the steering and throttle cable, drop the drivetrain in, fix the solenoid. I mounted a RRP spring bracket to keep the leg of the pole spring under tension as well.20190619_165204.jpg20190619_165144.jpg20190619_165103.jpg20190619_165122.jpg20190619_165043.jpg

Great looking ski, I bet the stoke is getting high! In the pics it kinda looks like like the turf may have blocked your air intakes to the hood liner...maybe just an illusion but might need to pop in another flex tube pole breather?

I noticed that too, it definitely choked that hood intake. I may shave the lower edge of the rear section of the hood or pop a couple of bow eyes in that corner to allow in some more air. Any thoughts are welcome, unfortunately with this AC pole getting one tube in is about all I can do.

That tray is huge are u doing foot straps or holds

For now I am keeping it open with just the toe hold. Eventually I will likely put adjustable holds in.

I've seen some sn hoods trimmed on the inside corner to let more air in, it looks pretty good and a bit more subtle.
