I have the same pipe on my 650. I got it like this with the aftermarket head so i can't say how much power it adds. I run head to head with my friends 650sx. My SJ is fast compared to my 550sx, but I'm disappointed lol. What kind of FCV should i get?
Dragging up an old thread. I had this pipe lying around for years and finally putting it to use but I cant get the hose to fit from the chamber to the water box. The chamber is to low. What hose did you use?i run that exact pipe on my 61x/61x blaster with a protec intake mani and dual 38's off my superjet.
used my factory pipe jetting since it was already in the carbs and just knocked the popoff down to 17psi since i am running open flame arrestors now.
using dual 38's from stock 62t superjet:
75 pilot
135 main
80 gram spring
stock needle and seat.
EDIT: you will definitely want a flow control valve with that pipe. i ran without it for awhile and noticed a big difference once i dried out the stinger a bit.

Ah, well crap. I dont want to go to that much trouble. Thanks for the quick reply.I had a rear water box. I cut the oem long hose to match up with the pipe and added a raider water box in the rear.
