Would it be okay if I would tig weld old pulse line holes closed to use straight fittings, I had 90° fittings and was told to use straight fittings. Worried heat may warp case. Thanks

I have the knowledge of working on jet skis professionally since 1985 , I will leave it to you to figure it out from there. The pulse does not care if the fitting is straight or curved, soft pulse lines or overly long pulse lines will dampen the pulse past that it really doesn't matter, you want a pulse line going to each carb if the fuel pumps a carb mounted or a single pulse line if you are running an external pump, it's a pulse of mostly air with some fuel mixed in basically at a 14/1 ratio give or take.

Every oem pulse fitting on the intake manifold is straight, not a 90°. Like I said....

On your ski maybe so , not the same on all skis and some are curved going into the carb, this habit you have of asking questions then arguing with the people who give you answers has gotten old, good luck in your future endeavors.

I had the same but two 90' that I soldered shut to use external fuel pump but changed my mind so going back to the carb pumps. Thanks man!
