155mm JD pump shoe going in a blaster. After looking at these pics. i think I need to expand the pump tunnel. Fitting this shoe in = grind the shoe, grind the hull, grind the shoe, grind the hull, grind the shoe. Not much Shoe left, so grind the hull... Almost right on now. a little left.

Im at the same point on my gen 1 brawler. I ground through and now have my tray cut open to bulk up the tunnel. No time to lay up a new 155 tunnel hull before daytona for me. I hope it works well.

Ya, im opening up a 144 tunnel to shoe to a 155mm tunnel to b2 oem shoe. I dont like jet dynamics shoe quality control. Lots of work. I wonder how a 144 will perform with a 155 tunnel on the cheap.
