This will make you sick... I started sanding it already...

Getting ready to lay out the paint scheme for the bottom deck and filling the last couple pin holes with dabs of clear so the last coat is like glass. Then ill sand it all down again and buff it flat. I may not put it in the water. I'm thinking that 3m clear film on the bottom to protect it a little.

Carbon scupper and exhaust tubes yes. The carbon scupper tube is made over 2" PVC so we can use a small section as a bushing at the very end to accept a versi plug max.

Yea, something like that. There is a high temp resin for parts that will see heat. And water injected after the water box will also help.

Have build waterboxes with our standartresin with no problems. Use the hightempresin for b-pipechambers only.

Dont know how it is if the tube is foamed outside and heat dont can go out????

We have one with decks bonded. Just needs paint on the top deck. Total weight with hood is 68.0 lbs.

It's going to be a long night getting this painted. And an even longer week getting it built and water tested before wavedaze. I'm thankful we are putting in last years driveline, so there should be no gremlins!
