Custom/Hybrid RCW Brawler buildup- times two! maybe 3?

what fuel line do you use with those cart tanks. Aren't the nipples on them kinda small (considering they're meant to feed 100cc go-kart engines, not 800cc)?

Also, what did you do to bevel the motor mount edges, I'm about a week away from doing that myself. and then what did you use to glue everything, I'm assuming it doesn't even matter much since you layed glass over them?

Stepped the edge on a mill.

They are glued in with thickened epoxy resin, using cabosil and 1/4 chop strand to thicken the mix

Did some water test on Ski 2 this weekend.
A Longer ride plate noticeably changes nose height and balance
Jetmaniac combo'd with Mag pump n 10/16 hooker hits real nice.
I'm going to adjust up the pole length some and go from there.

-9 from the length of tubes that were sent?

those were extra long tubes, no where near stock length, we started with shorter tubes, stock length and already have it around -4 and we think it might need more

those longer tubes are sent long so you can dial them in but they are crazy long to start with

Ah that makes more sense then. I think the length feels ok with the current ride plate but might be too long with a shorty plate, more ride time will tell.

you would have to register as home made

depends on your state/province if you need them

anyone that does add VINS can only do so on a complete ski, not a hull
