Ski was fun to ride at Flat water Friday. I didnt ride it in the surf, yet but from what I have seen and heard it was perfect. Quite a few BF from pat on it. He really likes it, and Skyler was loving it all weekend. Couldnt get him off of it, LOL

I didn't know it was being demoed in surf, I did see it out there while I was riding though. I didn't demo any skis at the lake on Friday since I don't ride flatwater but I wish I knew it was available to demo in surf... Next time I guess...

It wasnt being Demoed it was Skylers ski that we help build. Everyone thought it was a demo and hed let anyone ride it at flatwater, but not in the surf. I wouldnt let anyone ride mine but our immediate crew either. Lets see almost 30K for my ski, i never met you before, sure you can ride it in overhead surf conditions :) Just saying

I never said people SHOULD lend out a $30k ski in sloppy overhead surf, not sure where you got that from. I read the above post and thought that's what happened (lending it out to demo in surf as well as flat)

ok so since this is the Brawler hull talk thread. I am getting ready to buy a pole for mine but first I would like to see what everyone else is running and at what length?

Iam running a maxxx pole. I have seen rrp on some of the others I do know that you should not run an AC pole ( its too wide)

A buddy of mine is running an ATP pole on his brawler. It looks awesome on that ski.

Comes down to personal preference. If you go twin tube style (ATP or RRP) you can cut the tubes until you are happy with it.

Right but the X metal pole is in my budget and I need to pick which body length to go with. Still might just spring for the ATP light weight billet pole because it is just straight ballin

looks amazing with the ATP pole, worked out really well

we started with longer tubes and then kept hacking the ends of as it just asked to be shorter

i think we ended up somewhere between the same length as a stock pole to minus 4

some other guys rode it and thought the pole was too short, its all about rider preference

with a twin tube the beauty is you can start with longer tubes and go from there, trying to go with a fixed length pole from day one may not work out
