Well, after deciding to stop drinking, changing my entire diet to organic and loosing 30 lbs, finally got my BP under control from the 190/90 range. Been off BP meds for a few months as well. A grandkid is big motivation

It took them several tries with several different medications to get mine down to a reasonable level , I am on like five different meds , the BP medicine is a three in one type medication , on top of that I have to take Eliquis and Amarodone , the Eliquis is of course blood thinner, the Amarodone is to keep my heart in rhythm, I asked them about getting off the Amarodone and it's no dice unless I want to have an Ablation procedure done, I don't so I will just keep taking the meds , high BP does run in my family.

Cut the salt for a few days and retest. That is the biggest dietary change for effect.

Ski more, eat beets, celery and move, also the stress will make it raise. Mine dropped after putting down the bottle, gout disappeared too.

I think quitting drinking was the biggest thing. Eating healthy, cutting out sodas/"energy drinks" and fast food made a huge difference.
