I have now taken my B1 out twice since I purchase it last week. It is a very fun ski to say the least and I am excited everytime I take it out. What tips can you give about riding this ski? Anything specific or particular related to it such as seated or standing position, turning etc...

Thanks,

Adam

I've always thought they were pretty staight forward to ride. For deep water starts you will need to learn how to just hold on to the bars, tip the boat on its side gun it and throw a leg over. Otherwise climbing on the back can be tippy.

sorry , do not fall off! The blaster is a very tricky beast to get on expecially in violent surf!
Still hands down the most fun couch, well more of a loveseat ever made. Lots of fun to ride, to go the fastest stand up on the rear as far back as you can get your feet to help keep the pump hooked up.

LOve Seat is awesome.... Learn how to mount it first .. once your confidence is gained for this then go nutz. Practice by doing 10 very tight 360 spins. Make it turn 45 degrees while you are at WOT. Some riders stand up other rider kinda sit. The best tip I can give is not to remain still the whole time. I put my foot ward to the direction i lean. Left turn means left foot forward and return to the rear when I want to stop the lean. Its a natural style lean with minimal efforts.

Learning the sidestart is a must imo, even for flat water. Also, they will corner harder if you weight the outside rear corner with your foot. Not sure why this works, but it does. On a stock one it's hard to take advantage of this but as you start to make more power this can really help you rail around corners.

Also look in to d-cutting a stock ride plate. I was able to side mount on a all stock motor blaster after I did this mod and just loved the way it road even more.
