yeah its 19oz all around... i need to make one strip down the back to cover the stray ends while wrapping it. ill have pics of it posted tomorow
I have been wanting to do this to mine, but thinking thinner fabric. Could I spray adhesive the cloth to the pole first, then apply resin?

Honestly I think Xeon made it as difficult to do as possible, his garage was maybe 50 degrees and he was working it for an hour and a half. Using a light weight cloth would help out a crap load but then you loose some strength. I think if you use a 10 oz cloth it would be a lot more flexible and use just resin to make it adhere. Another thing, do it in a very warm place so it dries as fast as it should.

i still have a little work to get the filler perfect. I WANT THIS SKI TO LOOK MINT! no shortcuts

PAINT SCHEME:

In the front i chose GM Charcoal Met from a trailblazer which will have a sweet break up line and the back 2/3s of the ski will be a silver with crushed mirrors and prizms as a base coated with a Candy Julip green. its a candy green like no other. It looks sooo amazing. think house of color candy apple green but with a more flip flop from dk green to lime green with a silver pearl. it looks MINT. cant wait to spray it out.
