I have a SN and want to put a RN waterbox in. Will my exhaust hoses work or are they different from RN hoses. Also, just to make sure, are the '08 and up boxes the same as the '96 to '07? Thanks much.

the hoses are different, SN hose inside diameter is smaller than a round nose hose
so, you would need to replace the long hose with a RN exhaust hose and the exhaust to Waterbox hose, there are other alternatives, silicone hoses etc

The SN hoses will stretch and work just fine on a RN waterbox. Use lots of dishwashing liquid and you'll be good to go.

i just put in a rn box into a sn couple of days ago heres a pic i took the long exhaust hose would be better with a couple of inch taken off

Does anybody know, if a ATP waterbox will fit in a SN?
On their side they say the ATP box will fit a RN, so when a RN box fits in a SN, then the ATP box should fit in a SN too. Right???

should fit without any issue, would be the same as fitting a stock rn box into a sn

It's a lot lighter.
the RN box has bigger in/outlets. I replace the entire exhaust system after the b-pipe (hoses, waterbox, trough hull exhaust outlet) for bigger ID components in my SN bulid for the 805cc engine. My bilder said the SN exhaust components are to small in ID (backpressure). So a RN box is better than a SN box, when you go bigger with your engine.
