I'm building a kaw1100 right now. Thought a rockered one would be perfect! Does it shorten the rear also, or just a nose piece?

You can do both front and rear or just one. It’s big transition to do both. The ski is the size of a standup after both front and rear mods. I run a triple in my surf ski front and rear done and it rides beautifully with the extra weight up front!

Does the rocker kit on a square nose change the mounting point of the waterbox much?

I'm not sure if an OEM waterbox still fits once the hull is rockered (I don't have a stock waterbox to test)... I am using a RadDudes superjet waterbox - They also offer a complete RN-SN exhaust conversion which they said their buddy runs in his rockered square and everything fits.
