@Chase Musetti let's see the video of you flatwater flipping your cut up superjet.
By the time you reinforce the whole hull, plus rocker etc, your end up with 100lbs+ hull, same as stock or more, you don't save weight built right. Did you weigh your hull when you were done?
All the time and energy isn't worth it for flatwater, that is what the OP is about. If you ride surf, sure.
