I'm shocked how much it weighs. Honestly the lay-up doesn't seem that thick but I've never seen a A/M hull in person to compare it to. It was kinda a buzz kill when I got it today and put it on the scale

Rok-r had no bulkhead or foam. I'm sure the reason why they are so heavy is because its super short, most people run decent sized motors for fw. That combination weight really don't matter cuz it's gonna flip anyways and it's strong so it don't fall apart = good rep for Jeff's composite skills

this hull is not small, more like short and fat. very tall from the bottom to the pole bumper, not sleek like the freak but then again, you dont have to bend over nearly as far. and on big air you dont get wadded up as bad.
Jeff builds these hulls with a pretty solid/thick layup. I've only gotten to poke around at the full carbon ROK-R, but there is no flex anywhere.
And while it may be short, it's also pretty much SXR size except for the length. That's what makes the tray look so funky. The hood is full size SXR.

yea, i dont really think the WDK stuff is designed to be in the same game as the xscream dasa kdx freak stuff. the whole game has evolved so fast. jump ahead or get left behind.

My glass hull has zero flex as well. It's a little heavier than I would have liked, but I don't think it'll be falling apart anytime soon.

I don't know what you guys are expecting but 90 pounds hull hood and turf is pretty good ... What other glass hull on the market do you know of that's 90lb hull hood and turf ??
