Brian Sizemore just posted that the Hard Rock added a extremely low number of rooms at the discounted rate. You have to call the resort directly . And the hotel has 70% more bookings than last year.

There are always a bunch of people who don’t post and I’m sure there will be a lot of people there. Even last minute plans are viable this year with dirt cheap flights, rental cars, and accommodations.
I’ve been looking at staying some extra days but not sure how best to spend it.

We are thinking about riding diaz Tuesday afternoon, then surf Wednesday

They kept having other groups cancel and kept opening more rooms for us....... Closed out sunday night.

We checked yesterday and they said the rooms they had set aside for the freeride were all booked.

My wife is recovering from surgery and is somewhat dependent on me still so between limiting COVID exposure and taking care of her, I’m only coming for one night now.

I put all her stuff low so if she falls and can’t get back up on her scooter, she’ll be able to manage till I get back.
