good thing my new neoprene gloves and hood showed up today. According to accuweather its suppose to be nice all weekend.

Also that is not the beach where the comp is being held. The comp is a few miles north of that location. I am leaving Portland about 3:30. See you there!

Great weather, mostly good surf. :woot:
Did a few more backflips, sunk my ski twice, and dislocated my finger.

It was kinda crazy today, It took the recscue guy's about 1 1/2 to get Mark Gomez ski and when they did get it the second time they stuck the tow hook into the scoop grate and towed it in that way basically mayhem, the surf was ruthless for a recovery. It was a bummer for Mark but he still has a ski intact and has a good attitude. There was alot of impressive riding today.
The waves took out alot of the beach activities holy crap all the sudden a big wave would come in and wash all the ski's off there beach cart's and right up into where everyone is sitting some near misses pretty interesting day that's for sure
